The purpose of NewME is to educate, accelerate and empower underrepresented tech entrepreneurs (African-Americans, Latinos, and Women) throughout the world. NewME Community will serve as a meeting place for local minority entrepreneurs to gather, learn, network, and share with each other for the greater good of the community. And it’s important to note that you don’t have to wait for a NewME Accelerator to come to your town or city. You can start your own NewME Community Meetup Group and get the ball rolling yourself.

The goal for these events is to provide resources to an underrepresented group of entrepreneurs, one of the best resources that we have is each other. We realize that in different areas different topics may be more relevant, so take the lead and ask your own participants what to discuss at the next event.
